Required Usage and Annual Fee:

• A $25.00 annual fee for the lease of the tank.

• A $125.00 annual fee will be charged if required gallons are NOT used in a given year.

Customer Requirements:

• Customer must meet minimum usage requirement.

• Customer is required to participate in our Pre-Buy or Budget Program every year while leasing a tank.

• Customer is required to be on our Keep Fill status until Pre-Buy or Budget Contracts are completed.

Lease Tank Setting Requirements: 

• An adult is required to be at the property the day of the tank set so we can restart your propane system.

• There is no charge to your tank if we are replacing an existing tank and location of tank is staying the same. If tank location is moving, payment is due at end of tank set.

• We require payment of Pre-Buy/ Budget and Lease Fee prior to tank set.

• We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Credit Cards.
