Propane Tanks for Lease

Lease Tank Program:

Lease a tank from Northwoods Propane!  This program offers the capability of having propane       at your residence, with a tank that we provide maintenance to. 

Simple and easy for your convenience!

Leasing Requirements:

• A $25.00 annual fee for the lease of the tank.  A $125.00 annual fee will be charged if required gallons are NOT used in a given year.

• 325 Gallon Tank should use 500 Gallons of Propane and 500 Gallon Tank should use 700 Gallons of Propane in a given year.

• Customer is required to participate in our Keep Fill Pre-Buy or our Keep Fill Budget Program every year while leasing a tank.

Setting of Lease Tank: 

• An adult is required on location.  Plan on us coming into your home to restart your system.

• There is no charge to set a tank if we are replacing an existing tank and if the location of tank is staying the same.  At this point, you will only be charged for the lease fee of $25.00 and the gas that has been brought out in the tank. 

• Brand New Set/New Location of Tank

• If tank location is moving, payment is due at end of tank set.

• We require payment of Pre-Buy before tank setting day.
