Required Propane Usage:

• 325 Gallon Tank = Required to use 500 Gallons or more

• 500 Gallon Tank = Required to use 700 Gallons or more

Annual Lease Fee:

• A $25.00 annual fee for the lease of the tank.

• A lease fee of $125.00 will be charged if annual usage requirements are not met. We also reserve the right to pick up our tank for low usage.

Customer Requirements:

• While leasing a tank, customers are required to participate in our Pre-Buy or Budget Program.

• Customer will maintain Keep Fill Status until Pre-Buy or Budget gallons are completed.

• Once Completed, customers have the option of staying on Keep Fill or making a switch to Will Call

Lease Tank Setting Requirements: 

• An adult is required to be at the property the day of the tank set, so we can enter your home to restart your propane system when work is completed.

• There is no charge to set your tank if we are replacing an existing tank and not moving its location. However, your yearly Lease fee of $25.00 and 25 gallons of propane, for setting the tank, will be due at time of tank set.

The Lease Tank Equipment Provided by NWP:

• High Pressure Regulation (On Tank), Pigtail, (2) Fittings, and Blocks.

• If we are setting a tank for a new build (or you would like our lease tank set in a new location from the previous tank).

You are responsible for the following costs:

• Trenching ($75.00), Copper ($5.25/ft if tank is under 20 ft away from building) or Poly Line ($.75/ft if tank is over 20 ft away from building) Risers ($89.00), Regulator on Structure ($79.99),Fittings ($6.00/ea), and Labor ($90.00/hr) arrival to completed project time. Payment from placing tank in new location is due at time of tank set.

• Cabins, sheds, and seasonal homes have inconsistent heating and are required to rent a monitor for $40.00per year + tax, in order to maintain Keep Fill Status.
